2.Information we collect

Information you give us. When you send an enquiry through the form, by email, by WhatsApp or by phone, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, country, the products and quantities you are interested in, and your message.

Technical information. Like most websites, our web server records basic technical data when a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages requested and the date and time. This is used for security and to keep the site working.

Information stored in your browser. The site remembers your chosen language on your device only. See our Cookie Policy.

3.How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiries and prepare quotes.
• To process orders, arrange packaging, export documents, shipping and payment.
• To keep records that the law requires, such as accounting and customs records.
• To protect the website against misuse and to fix technical problems.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Because we export worldwide, your data may be sent to recipients outside the United Kingdom, for example a forwarder or customs agent in your country. Where this is needed to deal with your order or enquiry, we send only what is necessary and take reasonable steps to protect it.

7.How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up questions. Order, invoice and shipping records are kept for the period required by tax, accounting and customs law. After that we delete or anonymise the data.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as bank card numbers by email.

You have the right to ask for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. To use any of these rights, email info@adverlamarket.com. We will reply within one month.

10.Third-party services and links

To display this site we load fonts from Google Fonts and icons from the cdnjs content network. When your browser requests these files, the providers receive your IP address and browser details, as with any web request. Our Contact page can show a Google Map, but only after you click “Load map”; Google may then set cookies (see our Cookie Policy). Our pages also link to WhatsApp, social networks and maps. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

11.Children

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
